Out of Sorts

Been feeling out-of-sorts lately...like something's missing. No, it's not anything negative or what...maybe it's that feeling of coming back after a long holiday...you know, the feeling is like "back to reality again!" What a bummer.

That aside, I have lots to update actually. My BKK photos are finally around, BUT. I look damn fat in them so I shall learn photoshop and make my rounded areas less rounded before I put it online. I shall do another photo-blog once I succeed.

Went for a facial and massage lately...the massage was out-of-this world man...I never knew what goes on behind the doors during a massage till I went one of my own. And it just happened that my massage session was called "Physio-Intenze-Therapy", which means it has a bit of physiology, a bit of "exercising", and at the end, it's supposed to help me lose weight lar!

Okies firstly it was damn paiseh to undress top to bottom and put on paper panties only. Luckily, my masseuse sensed my uneasiness...she gave me a towel to cover any bits of flesh I didn't want to reveal lor...but still, so paiseh! She probably has seen many other women topless and all...it's really nothing much. But I uncomfortable mah... To think I still thought of going for brazilian wax...oh dear. Think I won't have guts already lar...

But my masseuse was a very nice woman! We were chatting while she did all the massage thing for me...and that includes contorting your body into some kind of yoga-istic pose...until I buay tahan also. Was already crying out "pain!" but then my masseuse say must tahan for a while then got use. So I tahan lor... After that was the physiology part...whereby she will stretch your limbs, massage them for you and all that. It really feels like exercising, except that you just lie on the bed and the masseuse does all the hard work of pulling you around and stretching you to your limits...

And then after that was the real massage! My masseuse rubbed me in oil, and then started massaging my feet and my hands. There was this area of the feet near the toes where she kept pressing...and it was really painful. And she was saying that those painful parts are all the toxins lumps which have accumulated in my body...so she must press them to dissolve them so that it won't accumulate into a bigger lump. It's amazing how she manages to press it...till this day I still have no idea what she did. She did the same for my knuckles too. Haha. So it's "pain pain" once again wor.

And after all these she put me into a mask, and then covered me in thermal blanket. That was to make me sweat, so that those toxins which she had earlier pressed out could be sweated out. Whether it really works this way or not, I have no idea man...Haha. But that was damn shiok lar. Because I got to sleep and relax. Haha. But my whole body was covered in the mask lor...so it was rather gooey.

And that, was the end of my massage session. No 2nd time for me, because that one I went was a first trial session, very cheap. Haha. Paid 50 bucks for it while its usual price was 250. In a long run it's supposed to aid in losing weight. Oh well, not that rich mah. Though after attending that session made me realised a few things. I have a very stiff body, and I have a lot of toxins!! Till this day I am wondering what wil happen to all the toxins in my body since I can never get the right spot to "press it out".

My facial was good though! That beautician who did my face was really good. Good in the sense that after the horrid painful session of squeezing all my blackheads/whiteheads/pimpleheads, I have a relatively clear skin I never thought I could! And I finally realised why after my last facial session my face broke out in lots of pimples! It all depends on the skill of the beautician lor. That beautician whom I went to didn't clear my blackheads/whiteheads/pimpleheads to the root...that's why the next day I started to have break outs. For this beautician's case, she squeezed everything out of my face (she even showed me a tissue paper full of it. -_-!! Eye opener man!) and apart from the red inflammation dots on the face for the 1st 2 days, my skin is very clear now.

But hor. I won't be going back to this beautician because it's just a trial session (again!). That was a diamond peel session actually. Haha. So...wasted lar! Will request for a change of beautician next time round. Heh~

That's all for my beauty treats these 2 weeks. I've learnt it's very important to start taking care of my skin and body...especially since I'm aging! So right now I'm in search of a good leg cream...I have got everything else covered. Body, hands, face, hair. Now need legs!!!

Before I go...
