This Marks the 70th Post here!

For some funny reason, blogger has decided to update all the number of posts in my blogs. Haha. So this is the 70th post for the site! It's a long way huh... (considered that I am so inconsistent at posting...

Just a short summary of what I've done these days. On Friday clement fetched me out for supper! Happie wor...because 1. Usually Friday he doesn't use car. 2. He was working that day so he won't suggest supper. 3. I had no dinner on that day so just nice he came! Hence it was a nice (and sweet) surprise for him to initiate for us to meet lor. Also good lar...if he everytime bring me out for supper I would think that it's so normal...nothing special again! Some things should be done once in a while...will be more treasured huh...

On Saturday I had a tuning done on my very rusty piano... It has been a year since I last had it tuned! Luckily the tuner never ask me why so long then tune...truth is, I had been lazy! Been procastinating making the call to the company to have my piano tuned. In the end the guy had to change some of the strings in my piano because it gave way already. Terrible deshou...

And that night we went to Esplanade to watch the SSO perform! Well, it was the President's Young Performer's Charity Show... (or something along that line...I forgot the exact title). Well, the highlight was, clement's cousin was the guest conductor that night...so we went to "support" his cousin. Had rather good seats, since his aunt managed to get 40% off for all the tix...so we got the 2nd-most expensive seat lor. Actually it doesn't make much difference...since go there is more for listening rather than watching. Anyway we still watched when the cousin conduct lar...since it's his inaugural performance in Singapore (he had been conducting overseas orchestras only).

Met a few of clement's relatives, but didn't meet all of them. Haha. Sort of got out of it, since his mom said we should go in early...so we went...and since all the rest of the relatives were even earlier inside...so we just sat down liao. Haha. Quite lucky to "run" from meeting the relatives lor.. Haha. But also a bit intimidating lor...coz meeting for the 1st time. Hehe. After the concert I think we were the 1st to run off. Hehe. Clement wanted to send me back home before he went home, so that was a "valid" reason to run off lar. Tee-hee~

Then yesterday we went out again! Wanted to buy "SHAPE" magazine at their roadshow, for the goodie bag. (I know I very cheapo, but why not right? Since I already intend to get the mag.) Well, had a free spin on their "wheel", ended up getting some hair treatment gel. Which is good, because it so happens my mom uses that brand too. Their top prize was 2 tix to Bangkok though. Which is something I want also lar! Hahaha.

Was sorting my shopping from Bangkok, I realised that I kinda miss Bangkok for all their super duper cheap stuffs and the nice food. I feel like I haven't bought enough things from Bangkok though...and I still want to go back to buy! Haha. Was nagging and nagging at clement about it...he suggested that we go during my 1 week sem-break in September. Hope we really can go then wor.

Pics of my shopping! Hehe.

My Pretty Earrings & Happy House Lookalike Bracelet!

I bought 2 pairs of the same earrings with the thought of giving my friend one. Hehe. That's why they are in different colours! I love those earrings so much! Haiz. If not for the fact that the shop was already closing while I was still choosing my earrings, I would have bought much more! Now I know where all those shops in Far East Plaza buy their stuffs from le...BKK! There were a few people there too...and they were buying in boxes. And for us? We were buying 1 by 1...see the difference? Haha.

Actually there was this guy at my hotel who had at least 36 boxes. The porter was carrying it so I was kay-pohing away. Then I saw that the address all point to Singapore, so I suppose that guy must be buying stuffs to ship to Singapore for sale lar. After seeing that all of us decided that if we ever become entrepreuner, can come over to BKK to get stocks lar! Wahahaha~ Sure make money one.

My friend's friend even chided her for taking up a pay-so-little part-time job. He told her he will pay her $1.6k a month, plus a trip to BKK every 6 months to buy new stocks. Then she manage the shop on his behalf lor.. Like so duh...but then also good leh! Haha. Can shop till you drop man.

Souvenirs for the Gang & Somemore Earrings! Real cheap!!
