I think today is like, the most hectic day since CNY. Haha. Coz it includes bai nian at 2 places and a hospital visit.
Clement came over to my house to bai nian with my family...so of course later I had to go to HIS house to bai nian too. Anyway we went to his house then we were talking about 4D lor...and his mom offered to help us go down buy. Haha...so while she went downstairs to buy 4D we played the PS2. :)
Later on 3 of us went Thomsom Medical Centre to visit clement's sis-in-law (bro's wife lor). His da sao just gave birth, so go see baby!! Haha. One thing that struck me about TMC is that it looks like a hotel more than a hospital lor. Even the room which the da sao stayed look like a hotel room, save for that curtain and that hospital bed. Somemore got coffee-and-tea making facilities, an attached toilet....and got a sofa-bed (presumably for the husband lor).
So posh!!!
Anyway the baby so cute! But got no name yet. Haha. And the baby is so tiny wor...so small and so fragile like that. haha. When we went in the baby sneezed 8 times in one shot. So clement took it a sign as we are going to "fa" already lor. LoL~ And the sneezing baby looked so cute wor!! Haha. And then after that he started shivering like very cold like that. So tiny and so cute. Haha.
Then after that we had dinner le then went over to clement's friend's place lor. Not really to bai nian, but more like just meet up and chit-chat. Haha. Somemore his friend's place is condo, so must go bio bio a bit. Haha.
The condo very nice wor!! The whole set up looks very western style, there will be a table in the middle of the kitchen with an attached sink and the stove by the wall. Woo...I like this kind of setting! Can be a bar and also a preparation table for cooking.
But like most condo, it is small lar. 2 rooms only. So for the 2 of them (husband and wife) just nice lor. One is the master bedroom and the other is the study. But hor, the whole house look very zen-like, with whites and browns and blacks. And the whole house is air-conditioned. The air-con for the living room spans the whole width of the room so it's impossible not to feel cool there.
I think it will be very expensive to have such air-con in the house. Hahaha.
Anyway it's very funny, because this is the first time I'm meeting his friends after being together for so long...and his friends were like "At last I get to see you!!" And then after that they started drilling me about how we met. LoL~ So paiseh to talk about it man....
Then later on his friend was dying for a smoke so we decided to chill by the pool. Like so nice right? If I live in a condo I would do that too. Hahaha. And so we took glasses of wine (for me, it was green tea) and went down to the beach chairs.
I think I would like to go there and sun-tan man. Hahaha.
So we chit-chat about lots of stuffs...school stuffs, people, and who's hen-pecked. Hahaha. Clement's friend, A, told me that he (clement) is a very good and matured guy...blah blah blah...another friend who was present also "praised" him...lol~ I couldn't believe my ears man. And then his wife started saying, "clement, later 50 bucks to each of us ok!" Hahaha. So duh...
And I realised why clement hated clubbing so much...that's because he went Zoukout and then in the end it was a Zonked Out experience for him and he even hallucinated a lot of stuffs. Hahaha...his friend in the end had to accompany him the whole night because he was so worried something would happen to him. LoL~ No wonder clement doesn't like drinking and he doesn't club at all.
Yup...and back to the hen-pecked stuffs...they all feel that clement is very hen-pecked lor....goodness!!! I didn't even realised that lor....hahaha. As if I always stop him from doing what he wants....most of the time it is himself who made the decision to turn down his friends rather than letting me know what's going on with his friends.... -_-!! I feel so wronged can...bleah~
And A was damn funny....he was trying to convince his wife to let him go watch movie and drinking with his friends. LoL~ Of course, with the help of the other friend present lar. Since they used to go clubbing and drinking almost every week in the past, the wife is of course worried lor. And A was telling his wife he needs male-bonding!!! Hahaha. And the wife was like, "soccer is also male-bonding wat!" Hahaha. 11 smelly sweaty men bonding over a ball sia...lol~~~
They are such a cute couple. Hahaha. I like clement's friends...very nice to talk crap and at least everyone's has the same wavelength kind of humour lor. Haha. After the whole thing they are like "Nice to meet you and hope to see you more often." Haha...and then they looked at clement expectantly. lol.
And so that was the end of my hectic day. :)
Clement and I are okay le. Funny sometimes how things can turn around in a matter of days. Haha.
