Picnic Blog
Another back-dated entry. :)
Clement and I went for a picnic on 12th March 2006. This is what you do when you have grown bored of watching movies, roaming the shopping centers, going off to JB, nuaing at home...
Oh well it was a nice change from the usual mundane stuffs that we do on weekends. Or any other day for that matter.
We went to IMM in the morning (clement came by to pick me up for BK breakfast!!) and so we decided to buy stuffs from Giant there...before proceeding back to his place to make our sandwiches.

That's me at the table seated with all our "tools" for the sandwich. Was in the midst of spreading butter lor...

A closer view of the half-made sandwich. Being
our sandwich, we opted not to have tomatoes or any other sandwichy stuffs that most sandwiches have. Haha. Hence it's just plain butter, lettuce, tuna, ham and the bread.

We then wrapped it up in foil and drove downt o Pasir Ris Park for our
first-ever picnic. Heh heh.

The tatami mat that clement hunted high and low at home for...and what we sat on lor. We chose a grassy spot because it faces the sea and it wasn't too crowded.

This is the tree which we sat under. It's a coconut tree I think, remembered seeing a few coconuts. Haha. So both clement and me were like,
let's hope the coconuts doesn't fall on us!!! lol~

Clement acting cool in his Maui Jim shades. LoL~ I forced him to put on his shades because I was afraid that the strong winds might blow something into his eyes. Must protect his investment ma...

Our finished product!!! Haha. Though I might say it doesn't look very appetising. But it was so nice when we ate it. Maybe because we didn't eat anything else besides the BK breakfast we had that morning. When you are hungry, everything tastes good lor. :p

Us together, full and satisfied. Hahaha.

But I like this one better. :)Nice picinic!!! Followed by dinner at the Changi Airport. Our sandwiches, although nice, is not enough to fill our stomachs lor. Heehee.

The "Hair" Post
A picture of my hair.....for the makeover wayyyy back in January. Heehee.
So outdated...but nevertheless must post!! Becoz I'm a sucker for nice hairdo that my limited short hair can come up with. :)

It's pretty creative, no? I like the fact that the stylist plaited it despite the
literally shortcomings of my hair...haha.

My Photos!!
Okie. I have been officially chased out of my tutorial class because it's overwhelmingly filled with people. I can't even carry a chair in to sit. No space!!! It's THAT bad.
Oh well, so now I shall endeavour to blog from my school's computer (seeing that it can access Flickr and blogger with no issue) and post some of my photos. Heehee.

My 2nd Full pedicure!! The 1st one I had done was at Voxy. Why I like pedicures? Because they will scrub my dead skin on the legs and then trim all my cuticles and shape my toe nails nicely. Hahaha. Such a treat. I lurve pedis!! :P
Oh! I pasted on the flower stickers myself! Haha. Trying to be vain ma. Anyway I chose the colour a tad too dark, so paste something pale to neutralise it. Heh heh.

A
french manicure I did for myself. Looks nice from afar
only. Horrid up close. Haha. I only painted my left hand because my left hand cannot paint my right hand. So for a week I was walking around with one painted hand.
Our 35th Month Together!
This is where we went...Japanese restaurant called
Azabu Sabo. No idea what it means. Only that for the rest of the night clement and I were saying "sabo"!!!! LoL~~~ Anyway this is
Udon with Crab Meat Omelette! And it's darn nice la...with
real pieces of crab meat okie!!! Not those crab stick crab meat lor...I was rather impressed. Heh.

The chili powder for my soup!! Comes in a quaint little "pot" and a quaint little ladle. So kawaii!!!

Clement's set dinner!! Comes with miced pork+beef+vege on rice, and buttered salmon!! Together with miso soup, cold lotus roots and salad to go along. Both fish and rice are available separately. But set meal seems like a good idea since we were both hungry. Oh! The salmon skin is darrrrrn nice!!!! Hahahaha.

Our dessert! With red bean paste, some
tang yuan-like dumpling and green tea ice cream!!! Very nice wor. Clement and I shared this together. Hahaha. :P
Okie that's all for my photo post. Haha. :) Back to tutorials!!!
